John is a visionary leader with more than 23 years of leadership experience, working predominantly in health care, with over 100+ healthcare organizations and bodies. He is currently President and CEO of Kensington Health and has a proven ability to develop and execute patient focused organization-based strategies with innovative approaches and processes that have both internal and external impact. He has a unique strength to take a system view and translate key elements into a local experience to support strategic priorities and operational excellence. He is a true values-based leader, and in the depths of the COVID pandemic, stepped in to feed his residents in the dementia ward. He also serves on several boards and has worked for some of the big consulting firms such as KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and CGI in addition to his own consulting firm.
