Here are three takeaways:

  • The most important thing in leadership is to listen, to be honest and transparent, to be compassionate and empathetic and be there for your team
  • As a leader, what you project outwards may not be what you think of yourself. Let others guide you and tell you what you are good at, and learn from their feedback
  • Learn to say “No” when it doesn’t align with your priorities and values
