Megan Rafuse started her solo practice as a registered social worker and quickly grew her business to a team of over 60 therapists serving clients all across Canada in only 4 years. She is the co-founder and CEO of The Shift Collab, which is a leader in therapy and mental health education for highly-driven people and organizations. She is a speaker and successfully launched a podcast called Impostercast that soon became a top-20 podcast on iTunes. Her company provides counselling, mental health workshops, trainings and also has a Student Assistance Program that proudly supports 25 campuses nationally.
